This was my first order from Toolstation.
Ordered the 3 rolls of Wallrock Damp Stop but received no notification informing me the 3 items were waiting to be collected from Toolstation. After 3 days and no notification decided to visited designated pickup point and the 3 rolls were waiting to be collected and had been for the last 2 days. When asked why I wasnt told the items were waiting to be collected was in told it must have been 'an IT clitch' !!

A very cheerful experience with the assistance given was great.

Click and collect item. Box opened product all spilling out of box. Questioned the state of it was told it was ex display model, only one left in stock, take it or leave it!!

Rubbish service no one answers phone calls, I had query on my order rang four times and got no response very poor.

Easy to order on line. Easy to collect.
